Kumul Avenue commercial tower completed

Construction has officially concluded on the Kumul Avenue commercial tower, a 14-storey grade-A office asset in the heart of Port Moresby's CBD.

The building features 18,000 sqm of leasable space, smart building systems, on-site parking and ground-floor retail.

Anchor tenants include two multinational firms and one regional bank, with leasing now over 70% committed.
